Annual meeting June 24

Please remember that the annual meeting is Thursday at the pool at 6:00 (bring a chair).  It is important that we have a quorum, so if you cannot attend, please delegate someone to be your proxy.  Enter their name on the proxy form you received in the mail and sign it.  They can turn it in at the meeting and vote for you.  Non resident owners, you may send your proxy  to the secretary Livy Sibley at #233 Windsor Terrace.

When you come to the meeting, please sign in, check your contact information and correct it if necessary, and collect your ballots.

Two board spots will be voted on (anyone interested?), Storm damage, finances and the new management company we have chosen will be discussed.  We need to keep the meeting as short as possible in this heat, so please contact the president Mickey McCowen immediately if you have something you want added to the agenda.
