Several complaints have been lodged re Rules, Sec A,2c which reads "Pet droppings must be cleaned up by the pet owner and disposed of in the owner's trash receptacles." Please realize that this means also that droppings should be bagged before disposal. Landlords, please remind your tenants of this rule if they are dog owners.
